Included in the membership fee

Unlimited play on the 18-hole course, seven days a week with the full membership. Access to the driving range, putting green and pitching green. Access to the clubhouse and restaurant. Pull trolley loaned free of charge. Registration to the club’s sections: Men’s, Women’s, Seniors and Juniors.

In addition to the membership fee

The federal membership fee: €69 for an adult and €14 for a junior under 21. The club competition playing fee: €120 per year from age 19. Optional: locker €50, caddy house space €65 to €140, golf cart €15 to €35 per round, driving range tokens from €2.

Play when you want, not when there's room left

At many clubs, the weekend round is decided the Wednesday before, online, when bookings open. Here, the question doesn’t arise in the same way, and it’s the first thing players coming from elsewhere notice. The club deliberately keeps its membership small, around 650, where comparable clubs have 1,000 to 1,500.

Weekends

At weekends, a tee time can often be booked the same morning, outside competition days, even in peak season.

A deliberately small membership

The club deliberately keeps its membership small, around 650. It’s not a capacity limit that has been reached, it’s a way of running a course.

On the course

A less crowded course means upkeep you can see, and it’s the first thing visitors mention.

The architect

The course is the work of Robert Trent Jones Sr., who designed more than 400 courses worldwide. Bercuit is his only Belgian course, and its layout is still the original.

Player ratings

On Leading Courses, the club scores 8.53 out of 10 and ranks in the top ten of 88 Belgian clubs, based on 668 verified golfer reviews.

What you can't guess from the road

People say Bercuit is closed off, a bit stuffy. Visitors leave with a different impression, and it’s easier to show than to claim.

The Wednesday Men's

More than a hundred players in a shotgun start every week, one of the most popular club competitions in Belgium.

The sections

Men’s, Women’s, Seniors and Juniors, plus an events committee set up in 2026 to expand the non-competition calendar.

The clubhouse

Restaurant open to members and visitors, with a terrace overlooking the course.

2,000 m² for the short game, opening in spring 2027

Most shots are lost within a hundred meters of the flag. That’s where the club is investing, with a dedicated 2,000 m² area, with works finishing in autumn 2026.

What's already there

Driving range, putting green and pitching green, open to all members, including practice-only members.

What's coming

An area entirely dedicated to play within a hundred meters: approach shots, bunker shots and putting. Works completed in autumn 2026, opening in spring 2027, depending on how the turf takes.

How to become a member, step by step

1. Come and see

A free introduction if you’ve never played: first lesson, clubs, balls and a drink included. Or a green fee of €90 to €120 if you already play, to judge the course for yourself.

The four-month Discovery program: twelve 30-minute individual lessons, one hour on rules and etiquette, access to the academy, equipment loan and on-course coaching on the first nine holes.

3. Submit your application

The application form is filled in online. The application then goes before a board member, and you get an answer in about a week.

4. Join

Entry fee waived. Referral reward: 10% of the new member’s fee, as a rebate, green fees, tokens or a pro shop voucher.

They switched clubs last year

“I came from a club where Saturday's tee time was decided on Wednesday evening, in front of a screen. I thought Bercuit was closed off, a bit stuffy, for people who'd been there for thirty years. In six months, I've played more than in two years elsewhere, and I've never booked more than the day before.”

“A fantastic course! Beautifully maintained, ideal for playing despite heavy rain. Splendid scenery, dotted with very beautiful houses. Excellent restaurant and magnificent practice area.”
